What do my speaking events have to offer?

They will challenge you to take your first step towards change. They will also motivate you to debate new ideas and refine your points of view, as well as inspire and mobilize you to be in a permanent space of active reflection.

My speaking events will take you on a journey based on various organizational cultures by allowing you to visit new geographies, and venture out and stand in a different place to observe your surroundings with a fresh viewpoint, and thus appreciate and implement diversity at its fullest in your business management.

 
 
 

What is the style of my speaking engagements?

My speaking engagements come in flexible formats to suit each commitment or organization style. They will always commit to be at the service of the audience to challenge, motivate, inspire and move leaders to a bolder but sensible leading style.

The combination of my experience as a leader, entrepreneur, consultant, expert on strategic relationships as well as endless apprentice grants me access to a vast and endless knowledge which I offer clients and audiences who are after mobilizing their main resource: their people. Never taking for granted that key to all the above comes with my traveling experiences to different cultures permeating my every vision.

Before and after my lectures

When my lecture or talk is over, one of the thing you will be able to do is clearly visualize your potential, your desire to stay put will be challenged; and you will feel the curiosity to apply and explore new ways of doing things and of being. You will see the opportunities that you have at your disposal. To bring to light your opportunities is to challenge yourself in order to achieve them.

Most of the time, creating space for challenges leads to feeling highly motivated. At the end of my talks, you will have a sense of purpose present in your mind, a path to travel leading to a potential new goal.

Like many cities in the world, organizations are made up of diverse individualities whose behavior generates culture. The richest ideas, the most “daring” solutions, the strongest teams succeed in times of crisis since they include as many people as possible with divergent approaches to the issues at hand. Personal biases give in at the hands of collaboration. How can we deploy that diversity by managing our biases?

Making management for sustainability feasible - walking the triple bottom line

With people, productivity and the planet at its key issues, this conference focused on developing business sustainability awareness in an uncertain world. This is where the card set created by my colleague and I was firstly introduced helping identify our own biases against such issues.
